2026 Murphy Spring Festival

March 6, 2026: All Vendor Applications DUE

March 20, 2026: You will be contacted via email with the committee’s decision.

March 27, 2026: Booth fee payment due

Our plan was to change the festival to 12-6pm this year, rather than 12-8pm, but we are excited to let you all know that we will have fireworks this year to celebrate America’s 250th. So… with that and the finished roundabout and pocket parks, we have some great updates.

We will have vendors on Tennessee Street, Valley River Avenue, and Peachtree Street this year. With the new stage in town, the festival will be organized a bit differently this year. The bounce houses and kids activities will be on Tennessee St. where the stage and seating had been in the past. This will allow us to break that block down at 6:00 pm with Peachtree St. Valley River Ave., and the Beer Garden and Food Trucks on Tennessee St. remaining open while enjoying the headliner for the stage and preparing for fireworks.

The Beer Garden will be on Tennessee St. at the roundabout with food trucks between the Beer Garden and kids on Tennessee St. and, depending on response, additional on Valley River Ave. or Peachtree St.

Craft Vendors will be assigned to Valley River Avenue and Peachtree Street, as well as Tennessee Street. We’ll also be adding more artist demonstrations this year near the roundabout where we will have seating near the stage with a great view of the fireworks!

So, as you can see… some exciting updates to Murphy Spring Festival – First Weekend in May – 2026! I’ve met with the Mayor, Town Manager, Fire Chief, and Police to be certain that we prioritize public safety and emergency response. I appreciate your understanding and flexibility as I make these improvements with the recommendations of emergency responders.

Thank you, Becca McNabb🥰
