Hoppy Trout is a local favorite in Cherokee County and recipient of the Best Beverage Award at Forks & Corks. Brewmaster and co-owner, Tommy Rowdeck brews 1 BBL(barrel) batches at a time on premise, which classifies Hoppy Trout Brewing Company as a nano brewery.
The small batch approach to beer production allows Hoppy Trout to take risks with flavors. They are constantly rotating their tap list with new experimental beers as well as maintaining a few flagships. They have used the hottest peppers in the world, Himalayan sea salt, and even cake batter, doing their best to source local ingredients when available. You will be pleasantly surprised by the results, so be sure to try a Hoppy Trout beer at the Spring Festival!
